What are the most common pets?

Dogs and cats are the domestic animals par excellence, followed by some rodents and birds.

Today's families have different compositions. Today there are single-parent households, people who live alone, large families, etc... In each of them there are different relationships that unite their inhabitants and in many of them there are more living beings that complete the family nucleus. It's about the pets. In many homes, pets are a fundamental part of the family. Animals such as dogs or cats, live with children and adults with whom they share all their experiences. Likewise, other domestic animals such as fish or hamsters sneak into many houses to delight their owners. There are a number of pets that are the most common throughout the world. The dog is, without a doubt, the king of domestic animals.

My little angel Mimis

She is my guardian angel. She passed away on October 27, 2021. She was an overprotective, affectionate, cute and tantrum dog, especially lazy. I miss her so much.

She is in heaven taking care of churro and coffe they also miss her too much just like me

It was my brother's dog and it cost him a lot to get over his departure

Dogs

The most common pets are dogs. These animals stand as the quintessential domestic animal. Their protective instinct and the company they offer make dogs become a member of many families. Dogs are unconditional friends of their masters and, for this reason, many people cannot live without them.

Cats

Cats are second on the list of pets. These pets have great followers for the endless company they offer. However, many people are reluctant to live with a cat. Cats have not always been pets, since their origins are clearly wild.

Hamsters

These rodents are one of the main pets in homes with children. Hamsters are, on many occasions, the first pet for some little ones. It does not require too much special care, but it must be guaranteed good hygienic and temperature conditions. The hamster must have an approved cage in which it will eat, sleep and play. There are numerous models on the market, with which the animal will feel most comfortable.

Birds

Birds such as parrots or parakeets are other of the most common pets. In the case of parrots, it is usually a fun pet for many young people and adults. Homes where there are parrots must achieve an ideal temperature for this bird to feel at home. The taming of parrots is simple and they become an ideal companion animal.

Fish

Fish are one of the calmest pets. They do not give hardly any work but their presence in the fish tank offers company and tranquility to their masters. Fish tanks are a fundamental element for coexistence between fish and humans. It must be a space that meets all health and safety standards for these pets.
